hello,
     one of my friend stole my blank cheque who have already signed by me without filling any amount or name or date. after 3 months they submit cheque in the bank after filling the amount 1,50,000 INR. and they told me if ur are not giving the money we can filed a case against you in the court. they already had some fraud cases and I also logged a complaint against him.
please suggest me what can i do???

Case under Section 138 Negotiable Act will not survive if there is no existing debt to be settled by you. So no worries. If you have some debt existing against them then you are in soup. You need to state complete facts.

hello,
i want to know that the person who has stolen my cheque are now sent me a legal notice & they me told me that if u are not giving the amount we can take legal or illegal action against you.
can u plz tell me wat can i do???

It iis impossible to write in a legal. Notice, words suchas "legal or illegal action"

One a case has been filed u/sec138 N,I.Act then you have to defend the case and to give sufficient proof that signature were forge.

if the signature matched then what is the procedure save myself without paying the money becoz he is a fraud person.
