In laws not duty bound to provide residence

you insist in staying with your in laws against whom you have filed 498a this is very contradictory.tire is completely

Your 498a will surely go against you?

your  in laws do not have any duty towards you, your husband has, since he is absconding how can the court force your in laws to take you in, especially when you are planning to get them to jail?

your case is completely messed up.
