regarding property

hello i am from  hyderabad and my late father had house g+1 .i am eldest and 2 younger sisters and 1 younger brother.at presently property is on my mother name.i am not intrested to take my right in our house.so how i can declare legally that i dont want any part from my house .pls advise thank you.

make a relinquishment deed for the concerned property and register it

If you are a Muslim then your share may be relinquish according to Muslim Personal Laws, please contact with a local civil lawyer.

You cant relinquish what is not yours in the first place. Consult and find out if muslims get right over ancestral property by birth. If they do not, then you need not worry about relinquishing as it still has not come to you.
