323, 341, 379, 447, 504 IPC

Dear Sir,

Police has registered IPC section 323, 341, 379, 447, 504 for a FIR. Case gone in Court and then sent in jail due to Holiday in the day. Will the arrested person will get bail on next working day. what are the chances.

A smart lawyer can get bail for every kind of charges. In some states they can get bail on sundays too

Holiday  court  of  high court is  different....

Holiday court  of  city  court are  just waste of  time.
It;s  perfect way lawyer  can Rip money off customers...  making false promises.

There are special bench on Sunday and holiday,failing which try to next date. If there would have been bail prayer rejected in lower court then file a petition u/sec.439 Cr.P.C. in District Judges Court or High Court for granting bail.
