tenant dispute -email converstaions - acceptable?
« on: March 21, 2015, 07:07:07 PM »
hi
i have a dispute going on with my tenant..about his moving out..
i am currently abroad..and all conversations so far were only via email.even the notice to vacate in 2months time was sent via email..but the tenant was smart enough in not replying or ackowledging on some critical emails.
if i had to file a legal case on this..will email conversation are accepted in the court.
what if the tenant turns plate saying that s not is email id..
how well are emails accepted n court. as evidences..?

you send a legal Notice first, if he does not abide with it than file an eviction suit.

by the way he denying that a particular email id won't go far as cyber department can very easily prove otherwise.

which city is your property situated in

Eviction of tenant is a lengthy process of laws. However you can send a fresh Legal Notice by registered post with a/d to calling him to quit and vacate the rented room for your own use. If the tenant would not comply then file a suit for Eviction of Tenant in Civil Court on reasonable requirement ground under respective State Premises Tenancy Act. You can conduct your case through a lawyer by executing a Vakalatnama.
