Mental Harassment case against boss. MNC. Raised grievance few months back to global HQ, they took some action against boss, were favorable to me, but recently things are changing amounting to harassment. I requested the co to stop however politically it seems correct. I have a recorded conversation with boss, and want to now share with co. my issue is not against co. i dont want to take action against co. but since co is not supporting as much as they should, i want to now share teh audio recording, so company can punish him severely.
My main Q: how safe is it for me to share this recording with co? what precaution must i take? will the company take action/terminate me for recording? should i share transcript also? should i tell them clearly i dont intend to take action against co, but only presenting evidence in defense and attack against boss, not attack against co. should i directly ask 1 yr compensation n offer to leave in peace or should i avoid it? what kind of case i can file directly against boss as an individual, not company.

The recording which you have is definitely an evidence. Without looking at the evidence it is very difficult to tell that this evidence is going to work for you or against you.

Mental Harassment is Perception. Something which is Harassment for you may not be harassment for other.

It is mandatory for companies to have Vishaka committee, you can approach this committee with your complaint.

Without complete details It will be very difficult to provide suggestion.
