« on: April 29, 2015, 12:44:23 AM »
We own a house in a JJ Colony of 50 Gaz plot area more then 40 year

Intially the plot was alloted in two part 25 gaz each one to my uncle and one to my father. later on my father purchased the plot from him and My uncle died some time after selling the plot to my father and my father construction the house on that 50 gaz area. we are living there since then almost 35 years. There is no one in left in my uncles family now.

During the Delhi flood i belive 1970s we lost the original purchase paper and left with only original allocation recipt one is on the name of my uncle and one  on the name of my father.

My father died in 1983 and just now we got to know about paper issue

Now we want to sell the house how should we proceed to complete all the documents so that we can sale the house

Please suugest

Rohtash

you can get the property registration documents from the registrar's office if your dad has transferred the property in his name at the time of purchase.

so thats not a problem, anything else

Great I Will go and check that

Lets say in worse case synario if there is no update available there what can we do.

Based on my discusstion with my mom there is very little chance that my father has updated that in registrar office becouse of illness
