blue print and actual building not same
« on: May 27, 2015, 02:52:09 AM »
Dear Respective, I was booked new property in vangani , district - ambernath,  in march 2015. I paid Rs.174000/- (15% on Agreement Value) by cheque and registration amt Rs. 64000/- by cash. Also paid vat amt also. After Stamp Duty Registration i receive agreement copy by builder and same paper given to bank for loan process. Also i receive blue print by builder and submitted to the bank. In the agreement show my flat no 2 bldg no 1 ground floor. But in blue print not show 2 flats in ground floor there is only 1 flat. But actually 2 flats available in ground floor. As per Blue print they show only 1 flat only (flat no.1) and another space is show car parking area. Also in blue print showing lift and gallery for all flats but actually there is no lift in any bldg. and gallery only available 1st and 3 rd floor. So what i do bank not approved loan. There is fraud by builder ? i cant understand what i do? I scare about paid money. Total paid approx. 275000/- .

what can do now?

Did you have a written explanation of this problem with the builder, give details of that.

before making such contracts or agreements you are supposed to approach a lawyer.

now after falling in the well you are approaching a lawyer, fault is all yours if you are cheated.
