HOW TO TAKE DIVORCE PLEASE SUGGEST
« on: June 26, 2015, 11:09:49 AM »
Wife : Education BE software engineer, Working in private IT sector getting Rs. 30000 Salary per month having (Baby girl) staying with parents own house.
Husband: Mater degree working in private sector getting Rs. 57000 salary per month and staying in rented house with parents.
Issue : Since 19 Months wife and husband not staying together and both are not interested to stay each other and no interest on each other.
In Wife family because of her salary they are not allowing her to stay with her husband and she also not interested to stay with husband and not interest to give divorce…. like this so much of fighting with both family. She is telling like  false arrestment case, false dowry case on HIM…
She is not ready to mutual divorce but she don’t want husband and family also telling we don’t want son-in-law ….

Now how to take divorce from her? And if husband will file divorce case means what and all problems he should face and duration for getting divorce?

NOT INTEREST TO APPLY CONJUGAL RIGHTS CASE BECAUSE THEY COME AND GO TO SHOW RELATIVE THATS IT...

on what grounds do you want to file divorce, judge is not sitting on the high chair to grant divorce, law does ot permit it.

hence you have to create sufficient grounds for divorce. RCR is important because it will create a ground for you.

denying conjugal rights is very important as par law.

if have to show your child is not taken good care of with your in laws hence you want child custody.

you have to get a strong ground here, law is anyways going to favour your wife.
