We are a family of 4 sisters and only one son that is me .My sisters are all married and
i am also married .My dad is 82 years of old and mom is 75 years .I have a big house in my town and which is
on my mom's name .I mean to say the property paper is on my mother's name .My mother wants to
name all the property in my name .Here my query is , what is the role of my sisters in this issue.
My mother doesn't want to give any part of the proeperty to any of the daughters.How can she achieve this is
this scenario.Can we call an advocate and make a will .

Please help me on this .

If it is your mother's self acquired property then she can dispose it off according to her wish. Yes bequeath through a will is possible and do take help of a lawyer.
