mutual divorce after study visa

Hi everyone,

I am taking mutual consent divorce which we are applying next month. But, i am leaving to Canada in six months to do masters there. i am waiting for my visa. is it possible to speed my divorce process and get the decree of divorce in 6 months after i get my visa. i mean is there any process legally that i can show my visa and speed up the divorce process? Please reply...as it is very urgent!

You said you have 6 months, for mutual divorce u need six months only.
it fine for you.

the six month mandatory cannot be compromised.

Only Supreme Court can waive the cooling period of six months ...

if you appeal to supreme court to waive off this 6 months period you will spend a lot of money, not only that atleast 2 to 3 hearings are required, by the time IF supreme court waive your 6 months period for you it will be more tha 6 months spent in supreme court.

so what is your benefit than?

many extra intelligent people before you have filed in supreme court and experienced this JOKE
