i married and stayed with girl for 6 months. we startedliving separately for 1 years and now want to bring mywife. she refuses now and wants to end the marriage. She asks me not to call her message or speak with her parents. She doesnot reply my messages and I have tried a out of calls. She had told me she has another man now and her mom has found another man. I am very depressed and tense and want her back. Please help and suggest way out

From my experience from handling matrimonial dispute, I suggest that go for Mutual Divorce when she is asking for otherwise you may face Maintenance Case from her which would be more unacceptable situation for you and you may have to pay a lump sum money as Alimony Pendelite which means one time maintenance claim.

So better move forward in your life and get you wife divorced on mutual consent without any alimony. It is a golden opportunity for you to get rid of future legal complications. Law never sees emotion. It know only the situation and its time and also question you what you did when you had opportunity.
