1)In 2012 Mr.AA and Mr.BB both Sold land to me which having section 43 .
2)Mr.AA told he is in possession and Mr.BB land name present in revenue record .Mr.BB also confirm the same.
3)While taking sale permission  I had understand Mr.AA and Mr.BB both done sale registration in Year 1992 without taking sale permission  and collector questioned this to Mr.AA and Mr.BB  and collector hold the process of sale permission.
4)Mr.AA now running away and not presenting in front of revenue department for his statement .Mr.BB saying he not able to remember what exactly he done in  Year 1992.
5)Since I do not know  what agreement done in 1992 I had visited to registration office and asked quotations though letter .
6) Registration office replied as per rules of registration in the year 1992 sale registration possible  for section 43 land and if need further solving the case  go to court  .
So what exactly they want to say is not clear , it is possible to do sale deed in 1992 without mandatory sale permission or it is considered  forged  sale deed or Should I consider Mr.AA is legal .

What section. 43 land ?? Section 43 of which act ??

BOMBAY TENANCY AND AGRICULTURAL LANDS ACT, 1948:
Restrictions on transfer of land purchased or sold under Section 43 of this act:
Lands purchased by tenant under the provision of the act are not allowed to transfer land without permission of collector

How do you know that this particular land is covered by Section. 43 of the act ? To defend your case, you should completely track how the land passed on to those who sold to you and secure those documents. Only then you can find out if your case falls in any of the exceptions.

I had not done any sale deed.


 Mr.AA and Mr.BB both done sale registration in Year 1992

and made trouble for me

I never said you had done any sale deed. I only said you need to understand if that land really is covered under sect.43 or not. Re-read what I have replied previously. If you still are unable to understand then take someone's help.

collector send letter , it is under section 43 act , AA  and BB broken section 43 act
