Uncle's WILL is signed by one witness is it valid, also can you explain section Section 63(c) of the Indian Succession Act

It is a pre condition that a will has to be attested by at least two witnesses unless it is a holographic (handwritten) one.

Section 63(c) of the Indian Succession Act provides that a will shall be attested by two or more witnesses in the presence of the testator.

But the witnesses need not attest the will in each otherís presence.

And also, they should have seen the testator either sign or mark the will or direct someone else to do so in his or her presence.

The mark or signature should be placed in such a manner that it appears that the paper was signed with the intention of making a will.
