I am going through a very bad phase in relation with my wife and have decided to go for judicial separation.

My question is that if I give consent to my mother

to divide the property equally among my brother and sister, can my wife claim a share?

If yes how to stop her from doing so, kindly help

Your wife as no claim over your mother's property.

Regarding gifting her property to your siblings, your mother does not require your consent either.

Its her property she can do whatever with it. without anyone's consent

You wife cannot claim on your property as well as your mother property. It will be more better if you go for Mutual Divorce rather than judicial separation cause ultimately one day you have to seek for divorce.
