Ramarao has aself acquired a house property. He wrote will that the propert can be enjoyed by his wife  until alive. He died .She sold the property and bought a flat and the balance cash deposited in bank  in Fixed deposits in her name.She died now. Ramarao has a son and a daughter both are alive.Now who all will become the rights holders on this property??

Considering that the WILL executed by Ramarao where he had bequeathed his property in favour of his wife which has been probate by the competent court (though as per your statement it is doubtful for me that the property has not been bequeathed rather given life time interest).

By ignoring this fact, and considering the present situation and your query both Ramarao Son and daughter will be joint owner of the properties left by their mother. In clear word, both are co-owner of the properties left by their mother in respect of undivided half shares.
