No income
« on: September 08, 2015, 03:43:26 AM »
Married since 7 years Wife - BE civil house wife 1 daughter 5 years (UKG) 1 son 8 months Currently live in Banglore Income- no income but manage my house Trying to set a business to earn

Reason y my wife left couple of days back is she wants to live in Banglore for providing better education to our kids.

currently my financial condition is not favorable to stay here and full fill requirements.

I am capable of earning 20 k but family requirement is 40k in Banglore so I want to go back to my home town till I increase my earning capacity. What wrong I am doing here.

The reason for not fulfilling demand is my in capability to earn as per family requirement.

I am aware of following solution 1.Simply earn as per requirements 2.Ask my wife to do job to full fill requirements. 3.Demand hard earned Money of my and her parents ,I don't want to go against system. 4.Convince my wife to stay in my home town as we can't afford to live in Banglore. 5.Since she is not understanding reality I have to show rosy picture of future and drag for couple of years and invite more trouble if I am not able to full fill that.

If my wife compromises and willing to stay with me she will not be happy because her aspirations are not fulfilled and start troubling me and my parents its like inviting more problems.

I am in trishanku swarga Please Advice.

What legal options my wife have in this scenario.

Vijay kumar

what you are seeking is not legal advice.
what you and your wife needs is counselling.

get in touch with one and try to find an amicable solution there

Wife version
I am BE civil house wife with 2 kids 6years daughter and 9 months old son.

Married 7 years back ,My husband was working initial 3.5 years after that he could not handle work pressure and left it and trying various businesses without success.

From past 2 years he is not having income and running house with borrowed funds from friends and family

Now he has to pay 6 laks which is borrowed to maintain family for past 2 years.

Now he is unable to borrow and could not succeed in business.

Zero income to support family and child education

We live in Banglore our monthly expense is rs 25 k and I have made demand to put my daughter in a decent school which will cost 1.5 laks donation and 1 lak annual fee. For which he is not agreeing due to his financial condition.

My husband wants to take family to their parents house to cut financial requirement. I left my husband for the above reason how shall I full fill my demands pls advice.

If I separate from him I may not get maintanence due to his financial condition.

Regards,
