Check Bounce case in Fastrack court
« on: September 20, 2015, 11:16:11 AM »
I like to file a check bounce case in fastrack court.

a. Is there any specific procedure for applying a case in fastrack court?

b. Will I get a quick judgement than the normal court?( I have heard check bounce cases pending for 3 years in normal court)

c. is it possible to convert cases from normal court to fastrack court?

Now a days, the cheque bounce cases filed in normal magistrate courts are also transferred to fast track courts specially dealing with Cheque bounce cases. At present when you file cases, they are to be filed only before Fast Track Courts in Chennai. I am not very clear about other States in India.
The cases will be posted on day to day basis and it is held on fast track manner than other normal courts.

Generally, NI Act case is being filed at Chief Judicial Magistrate which transferred to Judicial Magistrate Court. You have heard to some extend true about the duration of case. But Advocate Rajarajeswari has given something good hope and /or good news about the practice and procedure of NI Act before FT Court in Chennai.
