Ambiguous Builder-Buyer Agreement

Sir, I have booked a residential plot 100 SQY + Free Lockable office space 250 SQF in AIRWIL SMART CITY project by AIRWIL SMART CITY Pvt. Ltd. Builder has allocated plot unit no. but not ready to disclose unit no. and allotment time for office space in builder-buyer agreement. Is this fair for buyer perspective ?

Sir, Actual agreement is not executed till now but they have provided a copy of that. I am sending BBA copy and allotment letter in separate mail from arunlvn@gmail.com.  Also saying registry of land will be executed in 2020 only after complete construction by me. I am helpless no. My broker is TimesOfIndia, very reputed firm but not helping to resolve this case.
