After Court Judgment How to take Control of the property?

From Civil court bangalore, judgment has come in favour of us.
But still the land is in control of the opposition person. He has some local and political power.
How to take control of our property Legally.

Please Suggest Me, what is the next step I can Take?

It is not possible for me to give you correct advice until I see the judgement and decree passed by the concern court. But considering that the decree is in your favour word to word then you have to execute the said decree by filing an execution case against the judgement debtor. Court will send baliff to evict them if failed due to some wrongful resistant, then court will provide Police help to evict them after submitting/ depositing some fees to the court. Hope this will be enough for your remedy.
