In addition to this , My Jija ji asked my sister that he does not like us indirectly he want to say to my sister to break relation with us.

Whenever my sister call us , he is always with my sister , Jija Ji does not give my sister freedom.

My sister asked she wants to break relation with him , but he threatens that he ( Jija Ji ) will suicide.

My Sister and My family is confused what we can do as we have no evidence.

The laws which we know does not applies in Jammu and Kashmir. You must consult with a lawyer in your state. But as per Indian Laws your sister can give him divorce and for which he commits suicide is something else. Moreover it seems that he is a person of possessive.

As per human psychology it is found that some human being are possessive by nature but for them their possessiveness is their love. You can say that they may had lost some precious thing in his life or afraid of being get lost of the thing which they love. This compilation of thought and nature makes OVER POSSESSIVENESS by nature. May be I am wrong as I am not an expert in this but this is my thinking.

Advocate Amarnath Sanyal Sir Ji

Thanks for your valuable suggestion. But Sir I think My Jia Ji extra possessiveness does not give my sister Mutual Divorce. We should go for contested divorce.

But the fear is , either case is in our favor or , Boy's family favor as we have o evidence at all . How much time is taken to get divorce.

Another fear is if Jija ji attempt suicide , then whether it cause difficulties for my sister and my family. Please Sir Help us by clearing us.
