Dear sir
looking for your advice.

we four people started a bussiness in jan-2015. we all made a partnership dead that was made on stemp paper and by using this we opened a bank account. After that a document named as "Rule of bussiness " (not registerd but signed by all persons) is made and signed by all of us for the smooth functioning of organization. this document clearly states some point like who invested more will get the profit amount first. and any decision which involves amount more then 50,000 needs  permission of all. but now they are not working according to that .More over i am even mentally torched by the fellow persons by not providing the information about funds and all. where can i complaint and what documents i need to file the complaint to support my problem.any convenient and easy solution.

Thanks and Regards

As you have provided insufficient details of your partnership firm as well as statement of facts, it is not possible for me to give you correct advice until I get all those in softcopy. Apparently I can say that you cannot file any case against the partnership firm or any of its other partners as it is not being registered. It is law and negative side of unregistered partnership firm under Partnership Act. But you have only one option to file a suit for accounts and get out of that partnership business.
