don't want to claim share in inherited property
« on: October 21, 2015, 11:36:30 AM »
Hello,

For some reason I don't want to claim my share in my parent's(both were expired) property. I have a sister and brother. I want my share to be distributed to both my sister and brother.

The other reason is , I don't like my share to be given to my wife and children(in my absence due to my death in future).

Do I need to write a will and give it my sister and brother?

Thanks
kanon

Just make a Deed of Gift in favour of your siblings or Deed of WILL (Registered).
