Wife left house mentioning my parents broke her house
« on: October 24, 2015, 02:16:01 AM »
Marriage was consummated for 7 months with me and my wife only in the home, everything was normal suddenly my wife left home and is living separately in a PG.....
1.)In her last month my parents came to visit us from hometown for few days she was welcoming and normal, my wife left home saying that my parents broke her home.2 days after my wife left home I sent my parents hometown thinking that she would come back....and was honest
2.)I tried to contact her..... she reported to police saying that I harass and abuse her on phone  and I got 2 NC.
3.)after 1 month of leaving home.. she started talking normally and we met outside in restaurants for lunch/dinners... but she is not willing to come home.I do not understand why she is living separately in a PG.... and not gone to her mother's place....
4.)In the 2nd month of our separation(as she left home) I have received notice from the JMFC Court for DV act...  in my and my parents name.. because of which they had to come
In the first hearing in the court she demanded interim/maintenance
a.)she has demanded half my salary
b.) and a separate home for herself.. and she also told me that I can come to her new house anytime.
which leaves almost nothing for me.......
and in compensation has demanded 1 Crore
I need suggestions from experienced persons.

What sort of help you are seeking?? You have already engaged a lawyer to that DV case. You must be specific with your query.... Explaining your story does not help us to give you advice until you ask.
