Property transfer query

Hello,

I have one query, regarding the our property. We have one house which is purchase 2008. This house has two owner 1 is my father and 2 is my uncle. After 4 years my father died. Now, we have 4 members in my family Me, My mother, 2 sisters (Married).

Now, this property has 5 owners: My Uncle, My mother, me and my 2 sisters.

Both my sisters are ready to give ownership of that house to me.

My uncle also ready to sell that property to me so I just want to know the process.

What should I do for saving the property tax fees, registration fees, Stamp duty etc..

Please help me with the process.

Make a Deed of Gift from your sisters and mother jointly in a single Deed of Gift. It will save a lot from stamp duty to lawyer fees.

Make a Deed of Sale from your uncle in respect of his 1/2 share.

There is another way which will save huge stamp duty that process I cannot explain in an open forum. For further clarification regarding stamp duty and transfer of undivided share and/ or any other query in concern to be your sole ownership in respect of property in question, you can contact me.
