Domestic violence incident report clarification.
« on: November 04, 2015, 03:33:29 AM »
Hi experts,
I have been falsely acused by Domestic Violence case by my madam. I was reading the list of Domestic Incident Reports where it is mentioned not allowing wife to go to college is DV; and she have written in her petition that she was not allowed to go to college. But the fact is I never wanted her to stop going to college; instead wanted her to change her college and admit her to different college as she wasn't  learning anything in her college...
Will magistrate interpret this as DV?

Thanks

You simply give your statement that you only wanted a change of college and not stop her education.

now if your wife goes to court with such issues it is clear your marriage is not going in the right direction.

Court cannot solve your marital problem  discuss with your wife and get it solved, if you delay in bridging the gap between the the two of you quickly it will only widen till divorce will part you both after an ugly legal battle
