Caveat suit and Injunction order
« on: January 20, 2016, 11:11:34 PM »
Good Morning Gentlemen.

I shall appreciate the expert lawyers opinion / clarification on the below items.

1. What is the difference between Caveat suit and Injunction order?
2. When do we have to go for Cavet or Injuntion?
3.  During the Caveat suit or Injuntion order, can the owner go ahead for construction activity?
4. How long will the cavet and Injunction takes ?

Best regards

1. It is a hell and heaven difference. Caveat case is nothing but to inform court not to pass any interim order without heard of Caveator whereas Injunction order is an order where court directs a person to do or not to do some acts.

2. It depends on the situation.

3. Caveat Case is something else and injunction order is something else. Without knowing the actual situation it isnot possible to reply appropriately.

4. Absurd questions for injunction. Caveat case valid for 90 days.

You are in highly misconception or confusion about Caveat and Injunction. Confusion or misconception cannot be clear to your until you go for consultation in details.
