My wife is staying seperate from me and sent me legal notice to send
maintenance of rs 50,000 pm and a flat in mumbai. I am in pune and she
is not ready to relocate there. ANd she keeps sending me legal notice
in my office addressed to my M.D. and my boss. Now she sent mahila nivaran
police letter to my office. How to make her to not send it to office
as she keeps sending one to my residential address which is collected
by my parents.

It is nothing but to harass you as well as creating a pressure upon you and it cannot be stopped. but at a same time she has created a good ground for you to get divorce from her easily. You must file a divorce petition before court. Please collect those letters with envelops sent by her at your office address as well as your residence address. Becareful with your next steps as her intention is to implicate you falsely.

Apparently from your statement I can say that at this stage you are not required to pay maintenance. Further no more advice I can give you under free online consultation.
