HELP FOR A PROPERTY ADVICE.

ek case ye hai: Ek registry karayi hai aur 12 sal se uspe 6ft wala and ek kamra hai..
aur ab new pradhan hua hai o bol raha hai ki ye gram samaj ki jamin hai.. 2lakh rs do.. nahi to mai lekhpas se napuva dunga.. vahan pe ass pas sab plat hi plat hai .. aur sabhi ki 2-3 FT wall hai..

Kya ho napva sakta hai kya..?
aur yadi meri registry hai.. to kya kar sakta hai..
Iska dakhil kharij nahi hai
kyo ki ye jamin pahale harijan ki thi.. aur ise ek genral k proparty delar ne le kar ploting kar di.. Khasra Number: 260,272,169Kha and 269 Ga.
ab isi proparty delaer se Maine ek plot liya hai jo ki mai harijan ka hu.
ab Prdhan ka kahan hai ki ye Khasra number 269 hai jo ko Gram samajh k hai..
Propaty dealer ne 269 ko bhi le liya hai Ploting karne k time.
Ye 12 sal purani registry hai aur mera 1 room with 6FT wala hai..
ek majdoor Rahata hai mera..
whats he can do with me..?
whats week point for me.?

You should have posted this post in the proper column. anyway, you have to file a suit for declaration and permanent injunction

No worries. let the gram panchayat issue notices to you, then we will see.
if the property is with you for 12 years, that means gram panchayat was sleeping.
the property belongs to you.
no worries at all.

to avoid future legal complication file suit for declaration and permanent injunction and probability that you will get order exparte
