A student selected in central government bank job ( ex central bank of india) or any govt job and the student has no fir against him and has a good record, BUT A CRIMINAL CASE (ex bribery, murder, etc) IS RUNNING AGAINST HIS FATHER OR ANY CLOSE RELATIVE, SO WILL IT CREATE PROBLEM FOR THE STUDENT. If any how the student is denied the govt job by that govt body due to the acts done by his father or relative, is it right to say that he is denied of his RIGHT TO EQUALITY..IS HE ACCOUNTABLE FOR THE SINS OF HIS FATHER.pls decide this issue. Although, the father or relative may not be guilty and due to bad luck, they could have got the court case..
