Perpetuated injustice
We have a flat in Anna Nagar, Chennai. We have a written agreement (clause 22) in the sale deed where-in the Builder (I have no hesitation to name the builder., India Builders, Anna Nagar, Chennai) agreed to provide me a reserved car park. To that effect, I had been issued a sketch showing the car park also. Later after occupying in collusion with some owners and the President ( of the unregistered association) the builder denied having given any reserved car park. All of the owners have taken a place of their own as car park even though they were not allotted any reserved car park and we are totally deprived with no car parking .
Also, he allowed a construction worker family to be the security for the complex and allowed them to live the common area of the complex. The Unregistered and perennial President, in collusion with some owners to exploit the security family for their errands and allowed them to live in the common areas. When we raised objection, we become the target of security family.
This malpractice along with numerous other ones,  is going on for the last 12 years or more in this small complex. Since I had no time in my busy schedules to fight the injustice and manage the tedious & long delaying Indian Judicial System I did not take legal action at the time. Now I am retired, and contemplating whether to take legal action against the perpetrators of injustice.
My dilemma is .., (1) Due to the long gap in time will my case be entertained successfully or deemed to have been time barred (2) Will the litigation end in some reasonable time say six months (3) Will we able to fight the money power of the builder ? (4) Can I get any other form of justice & redress against the misdeeds committed  against us ( and continuing) all these years?
Can some one advise/suggest ?
