Hi,
My company provides me a medical insurance from United India Insurance Company. I have to undergo a procedure called root canal, a dental treatment, a minor surgery. But the insurance people says they'll not provide reimbursement for dental treatment unless it involves 24hr hospitalization minimum. I found exact same case filed against them by a doctor in aurangabad. It was ruled out in favour of the doctor. Is it possible by submitting a copy of this appeal, case can be dismissed and ruled out in favour of me without trial?

You can file the copy of the judgement. But a the forum is supposed to offer fair trail for both the parties before coming to a conclusion.

Dear Sir,

First file your consumer court complaint. After the trial once the case reached to the final arguments, then only you can use the said judgment for getting the order in your favour. without completing the case procedure, there is no short cut or court will be granting a direct judgment based on the aforesaid case law.

Before jumping into Consumer case please read Terms and Conditions which you agreed while taking the policy. Generally Consumer Forum used to dismiss such type of claim if the claim is under exceptional clause.
