Dear Sir,

You may file the complaint along with the recording stating that the treats given to you has continued and recently on _________ again threatened in the same manner. But in a way, she is telling all these things to her parents and not you. So you make your complaint in the same manner that recording pertains to the conversation between her and parents but there after she continued to threat you on the same lines as discussed over the phone between her and her parents.

No basis of verbal recording, I dont know how far it will be effective though electronic evidence is admissible in Indian Law. At a same time if you feel that your wife is still continuing cruelty on you then you can file a complaint before local police station against her and subsequently you have to file a divorce case against her.
