Dear Sir,

When you purchased the property it was purchased in good faith believing that the same is property approved. There after you sold the property to someone else in food faith and he purchased in good faith. Now its the responsibility of the new buyer as what to do in this regard. He may file a case for cheating against the builder etc. Please don't do anything and just remain silent on this issue as you are out of the property and no more the owner of the said property. No liability can be imposed by the new buyer on you as you were also not aware about the said problem.

When you have sold out the property then you have no liabilities/ obligations after so many days. I do not find any legal complication you may face. But the present owner may cause you trouble but that will be quashed easily.
