File suit for eviction
« on: June 06, 2016, 09:52:28 PM »

Dear All,

I have one query regarding "File suit for eviction".
My question is how long does it take to get the eviction order from the court???

I am asking this because I have heard that civil cases takes too much time to be resolved.

Please help into this.

Thanks

Santosh

It varies from court to court as well as conduct of lawyers representing each parties. Generally, tenant's intention is to drag and delay the matter by hook or by crook. But dont expect to get order before 2 years in general situation of contesting eviction case.
