I want to disown my SON (married). He has fallen in wrong traps and is not ready to come back to right path. He is now emotionally blackmailing me and my daughter who is married to pay for his Debt.we just want to be out of all this.
we have fallen under debt because of his actions.
I just have one flat which is not ancestral.
pls help and advise the procedure

Hi
Since the property is your self earned property, then your son cannot claim a share of your property when you are alive.

Once your son is a major, technically, you as a father is not liable in which way for the acts and deeds of your son.

If you want to disown your son then the options are
a) Ask him to vacate your home and live separately.
b) If you still want to disown him publicly then you can release  a news paper advertisement (1 english and 1 regional) in your local area and inform the public that you are not in any way responsible for your son's acts and deeds and keep the copy of the advertisement safe and handy.
