dear sir,
i got married on 2013,my mother in law is widow.my husband me & mother in law stayed together in husbands uncle home.on 2015 march my husband died due to swine flu after my husband death i came to know that my husbands uncle & mother in law had relationship i counter about that then they beaten me & forcefully send me to my parents home.she kept my all stridhan i lodged fir in section 498a & dp act.but nothing is positive happen.my parents spent 25lakh on my marriage & 6 lakh on my husband medical now they dont have enough money.she told in mediation that she dont give me anything she owned a property which purchased by my father in law but registered on my mother in law.she said its her purchased property so she have all rights even section 19 application also rejected due to same in lower court.

kindly help me my lawyer not give me any update he only assure we will win.
my question is that is there no legal rights of me on that property if its purchased my mother in law?

Dear Ma'am,

Please file an appeal in the high court against the order passed under section 19 of the Act. On facts, its not possible to recovery these articles now if your MIL is not ready to return the same. However, if there is any property, bond, policy, bank account, PPF, pension and other funds in the name of your husband, you are entitled for the same. Please visit his office and other places to find out the same.
