Service Agreement Break

I am working in a software company i have resigned recently as i am in bond i need to pay my 5 months of my salary i am ready to pay but they are not accepting my resignation.If i go legally how much time does it take?

Bonds and agreements are generally illegal in India. Your employer cannot hold you from leaving the company and even joining a competitor.

Since you have agreed to pay 5 months notice pay (which I believe you are not legally required to), send a resignation letter to them via registered post and asking them that you are ready to pay the notice pay. If required, get the resignation letter drafted by a lawyer after consultation with documents like appointment letter, bond etc.
