Will and builder's agreement made in it.
« on: June 30, 2016, 10:33:06 PM »
If in a Will certain property has been mentioned to be given to the son of testatrix, i.e. the son has been made the owner of the property. Now furthermore in the same will, a clause has been inserted whereby a builder's agreement has been mentioned, according to this builder's agreement the testatrix wishes her son to continue with the agreement she made with the builder for making residential flats and then the property (that is her 30% share apart from 70% that of builder) to be divided among 3 i.e. her son and 2 daughters. My question is if during the lifetime of the testatrix the agreement made with the builder is revoked can the daughters make any claim on the property?

If the agreement was cancelled by the testatrix then i believe that daughter will not get any share.
