Hi
Irrespective of the nature of your relationship, your son needs to be rescued first.
File a police complaint of Kidnap and abduction immediately.
Do not wait till the problem becomes bigger.
We can manage the consequences (ex, married status etc).

Dear Ma'am,

Filing a police complaint may not held much in custody case. Immediately file for custody petition before the Ld. Family Court along with an application seeking interim custody. Along with aforesaid petition, you may also file a writ for mandamus in the concerned high court for the custody of your child.

I am not interested or inclined to know about your suppression to your  husband. Main concern is to recover your child. Please file FIR to local police station against your Ex. You must write the complaint with proper ingredients of Abduction and wrongful confinement of your son. Police will recover your son. It is not suggested to file custody petition before the court which will be dragged and delayed to get relief.

Don't waste your time firm file a FIR and rescue your son. Also would like to advise that directly call a lawyer and consult over the phone or face to face. Forum discussion will only consume your time and may not give you concrete solution
