Whether Husband can transfer Divorced wife property to children
« on: September 30, 2016, 01:57:38 AM »
Hi,
My FATHER and MOM have been divorced for about 25 years before when i was 11 years old and my brother was 13 years old. My mom had a property in her name, my father with the divorce copy have transferred the property to my Name and in my brothers name. This was not aware to my mother.

Me and brother both live with our father till now, i recently saw my mother and felt bad as she was suffering with no income for day today living. I am thinking of giving the property back to my mom, which is presently in my name and my brothers.

Could you please tell me whether it is possible to transfer without the knowledge of my mother to thiers sons using the divorce document.

How i can return the property to her

Please need your valuable advice and notes

No............. There is no provision to transfer a property without knowledge of the person who is receiving. You have to contact your mother and should take care of her. Transferring property will not do care of her actually. In long run property is going to mishandled
