Dear All,
in execution proceeding of MCD other party not attending court so as to avoid transfer his share of property to child name.The said property entire money ,instalments paid by me by cheque ,he is just name sake share holder(only 4 cheques of of mere 20 th given by him)
Can a court comissioner sign on his behalf without any cost to me?
he has not given single paise to child maintainace yet inspite of decreree is excution for it.I have given him dovorce before consent terms are fulfilled.
please help.

No, Court commissioner has no powers to sign on his behalf.

Thanks for d reply,
Since he is avoiding to appear in court and arrest warrant for fufilment of consent terms is issued ,what is the way so that he releases his rights on the property share( whether benamidar applies to him or it is taken that its his property shre though he has not paid for it)
Can he go in appeal against consent terms filed in lokadalat?if yes what stand should be taken.
