Wife broke lock of house and forcibly entered house
« on: October 05, 2016, 03:46:57 PM »
My wife came on H4 visa few months back in USA. She was not happy here, and once day she called 911 complained about a false domestic violence case against me and fled to India. While leaving US she told the cops she wants a divorce from me. After returning to India, she contacted my parents and demanded that she be allowed to stay in my house in India. My parents suggested, that she can come and stay with them, since I (her husband) is in US and she ran away from US. She declined to stay with them, and instead went and broke the lock of my flat in India and has now started living there forcibly. If she was asking for a divorce, she should have filed a case, instead she has forcibly enterted my house. Me and my family are completely stressed out, and she is behaving in a very unstable way and breaking in my house without even informing us is a crime I guess. I really need some legal advise on this situation and how should I proceed ahead.

Sir,

Seek mandatory injunction from the court and file a police complaint for her such kind of conduct.
