Please give advice
« on: November 02, 2016, 05:46:39 AM »
Hello To All,

I got married in the year 2011. We do not have children. On Sep 30th 2016 she left the house with 15 tulas gold and with her clothes. She wrote a letter to me and to his brother saying that she is tortured by my sisters and father, she want to live happily and if we search for her she will die on spot. We filed a missing case and FIR Registered, when we tracked her mobile number call data, There are regular calls to two numbers when we inquired about those numbers, we came to know the numbers are used by a "Guy" who is also missing on same date and he knows my wife. We are suspecting that both have affair and they are eloped. Please suggest me what to do?

Since you have registered an FIR, you wait till the police completes its investigation.
once you have that we can than seek appropriate legal remedy as of now wait.

You cannot file a divorce petition on apprehension basis. Further when you have lodged missing diary then you have to wait until a conclusive results comes to you.
