Hello All
I had entered in agreement to purchase flat in Bangalore in the year 2013.
As per the agreement it was suppose to handed over to me in the time ( 10 + 2 months) after the agreement was done.
Till today builder has not hand over the flat to me and the entire project is in in-complete stage. I have request the buyer
to pay my 20% advance money as I have lost faith  and interest in the builder now but the builder just postpones the date of return of money every time. Some times he would not allow me to enter his office also.

What are the ways I can get my money back along with interest ? All the payment which I have made is through cheque and have bank records for the same.

If any body has gone through through such similar situation, please advice what needs to be done.

Thanks & Regards

Now you are running behind time. Immediately send a notice to the developer and ask him to deliver up your flat within 10 days with registration or refund the advance money. On failure you can file consumer complaint case against the developer. You can also claim compensation, interest and litigation with alternative prayer. Several Judgments have been passed by National Commission, Delhi.

For further clarification and consultation in details, you can contact me.

It varies upon lawyer you hire and/ or how you proceed your own case and sometimes depends upon Forum. I generally dispose of these types of matter within 8 months tentatively.
