My ex-boy friend Photos sent to my husband mail
« on: November 15, 2016, 09:44:37 PM »
I had a relationship with a guy but we couldn't marry. I got married to another person in India. Now my ex-boy friend has sent our old pics taken during our relationship to my husband through anonymous mail. He sent selfies taken by us when we hanged around in pubs n restaurants. He created a fake gmail id and sent the pics explaining about our past relationship. My ex-boyfriend stays in USA. Please tell me how can I take action against my ex-boyfriend and save my marriage. I don't have strong evidence that he sent that mail to my husband. I'm also not sure that my ex-boyfrd has sent that email. How can i trace that email sender.

Please help!!!!!!!

Dear Ma'am,

Please file a criminal complaint for blackmailing agasint your boy-friend along with photographs and email id from the email was sent to your husband. cyber crime cell will find out the internet connection and related IP address immediately from which it was sent. They can also trace the computer IP address.

I am asking for the sake of academic interest - if there is no element of demand or blackmailing but simple act of sending old photographs (which are not even of private nature or personal moments), can such act be considered as an offence?
