1) Should I make 1 common will for both properties or a separate one for each?
2) Where should I get each willl registered ? in the place of property (viz delhi/greater noida) or place where i m residing (in gurgaon)

1. Only 1 common will is sufficient for both the properties. Infact, a will can be made in respect of all properties or in respect of any specific property that you wish to deal with specifically.

2. You can get your will registered at any place wherever you wish to.

3. Yes, 2 witnesses are mandatory.

You should register in either one place where u have a property.
You should have one will and all details of various movable and immovable properties are mentioned.

Two register a will, two witnesses are must.
