Father's house partition
« on: December 28, 2016, 12:28:11 AM »
My father died leaving behind a house jointly shared by five sons including me without any will. Now my brothers do not want to partition the house with mutual consent. Is there any way by which I can get my share transferred on my name legally and without their consent.

You did not mentioned whether you have any sister or not. You can file a Suit for Partition to claim your 1/5 share in Civil Court where is property is situated. However Partition Suit is a lengthy process of laws.
