My father died in April 2003.My mother is alive and we are two brothers and two sisters(all married).
My question :
1> My father is adopted son of his elder uncle. My father's elder uncle adopted my father and made a will for his entire property including a doweling house to my father's name.My father died without making any will.  Is this property ancestral property?
2>As per Hindu succession act -amendment in 2005 and Supreme court order on November 2015, what will be the shares of my mother and us(brothers and sisters).
3>I think as per Hindu succession act -amendment in 2005 and Supreme court order on November 2015 my sisters will not get any share--Please confirm.
4>Can my mother make a gift deed for her share to my brother?

all the siblings and the mother will have equal share.
