Filing of caveat against challenge of chargesheet or NBW
« on: January 29, 2017, 03:50:28 AM »
I lodged an FIR against my husband under 376, 494, 498A, 506, 511. They challenged the FIR but the writ was dismissed. The high Court had ordered investigation and to file chargesheet.  The chargesheet has been prepared but yet not filed. I want to know if caveat can be filed just now in case they challenge the NBW or the Chargesheet in high court ?

You should file caveat to avoid orders passed against you.
